We tasked Paul with researching what our customers felt. After a couple of weeks of investigation Paul was able to provide evidence that customers are suffering from “Review Fatigue” and were not leaving reviews even though they thought we had done a great job. 

Paul then assisted us in implementing a different review process, which has proved to be much better and demonstrates just how pleased the customers are.
